My roles and responsibilities are : - Leading QA activities in iOS feature Releases. - Creating test plans for each new project - Improving Testing process - Creating & Executing Test plans with managing the risks.- Monitoring Juniors.- Managing bugs with Beta testers.- Managing Junior members.- Working on customer satisfaction in our app.- Triaging Customers bugs using the companies different tools (Trane , Mode and Retool).- Creating and running mobile automation using Robot Framework & Appium.
