Direct a team that supports the ABA’s back-office systems including: financial, grant, budgeting, membership, data warehouse, reporting and marketing applications.• Utilized Agile methodology for the Data Integrity analysis and resolution and the datawarehousing extension projects for the ABA’s membership system, Personify.• Worked with the HR and Payroll departments to select and successfully implement a new HR system, Ceridian Dayforce. This project my designs for automating many manual processes and interfaces. • Successfully implemented the Chrome River Expense reporting system with automated interfaces to the Oracle ERP financial system. The system automated a paper-based process as well as implementing controls to ensure employees follow company expense policies.• Developed and innovative (and basically free) solution to fully automate the ABA's ROLI international field offices utilizing Chrome River. ROLI is the Rule of Law Initiative at the ABA which implements legal based grants in many countries across the world. • Lead a successful project upgrading Oracle E-Business Suite Finance and Purchasing modules from version 12.0 to version 12.2.• Led a project to implement the Business Objects reporting application. I not only managed this project, but I worked as the business analyst with our data warehouse developer to re-build the vendor Data Warehouse to support the ABA’s Association Management application, Personify. • Lead successful development and implementation of a custom in-house budgeting application. The custom system took 5 months to develop and implement. I managed development of the new application, as well as developing the business requirements and ensuring the system would succeed in all the areas where the prior budget system failed. The new system was virtually bug free and saved the ABA approximately 1.2 million over the past 12 years. • Managed the stabilization of the Oracle ERP application after an upgrade to release 12.
