We are very proud of the work we do as Housing Partners of Western Nebraska serving the extremely low to low income families, children, seniors and persons with disabilities in meeting their housing needs with income-based housing choices and rental assistance. We work with landlords and clients t offer these choices as well as high quality housing which we own and maintain in addition to our public housing opportunities in Minatare at Colson Manor, Morrill at Morrill Manor, Scottsbluff at Rebecca Winters and Bluff View in Gering (Terrytown). In total, we have 162 units of public housing 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units as well as 410 Housing Choice Vouchers. We also have 24 units USDA Rural Development 515 in Gering, Valacia Apartments and multiple other housing opportunities at Barrier-Free Homes, Gering Valley Estates, Monument View Villa, Elmwood village and Crown West (Rent to Own) apartments. We are one of a handful of Housing Agencies in the State of Nebraska that also offer homeownership opportunities!

Wrote the startup grant with the State of Nebraska Child Nutrition Services to service the 11 Panhandle counties with the Child and Adult Care Food Program for licensed and approved family child care providers. In return for serving nutritious meals to children 0-12 years of age in their care, providers earned a cash reimbursement along with opportunities for training and networking in the Panhandle.
