We offer training and support to disabled adults to allow people with disabilities the choice to live their lives in the community. We provide various services but not limited to;Locating a home of their choice in the community, planning healthy meals, grocery shopping, self-advocacy, learning to access resources in the person local community, learning to manage their funds and pay bills, house cleaning, transportation in their local community, identifying interest in the community and identifying means of socializing.Our supports are individualized and driven by the person who receives services.
