Troubleshooted complex network problems on machines across the National Airspace System (NAS). Performed monitoring and evaluation of system performance for NAS critical workstations and servers. Analyzed, installed and configured applications. Assisted in maintaining file servers and network access. Documented and analyzed system anomalies to ensure optimum equipment performance. Acted as a liaison between customers and internal support staff to ensure accurate problem interpretation and timely resolution. Resolved computer support problems reported to the Traffic Flow Management System Consolidated (TFMS) Help Desk.
