I have been in talent acquisition for over 15 years. I have the important responsibility to lead and mentor a team of recruiters and implement a strategy that's proven to attract and hire top talent. I partner with hiring teams across the firm to ensure all of my hiring managers and partners are properly trained and skilled to spot and land talent. In addition to my primary responsibilities, I'm involved in many initiatives at the firm and help plan an execute firm-wide events.
