The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) began in 1954. Our vision is "to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes."​ Now over 60 years later, FCA has grown to over 1700 staff and thousands of volunteers in the U.S and around the world reaching coaches and athletes through Campus, Camps, Coaches and Community Ministries.Nancy Hedrick serves as FCA's Executive Vice President of Communications and Marketing at the National Support Center in Kansas City, MO. She oversees all internal and external marketing and communications as well as public and media relations, FCA Gear, national events and donor communications.

Nancy founded ReGen Enterprises in 1999 serving clients through consulting and speaking in the areas of strategic planning, marketing/communications and branding.

Nancy joined ConAgra Frozen Foods headquartered in Omaha, NE in 1992 where she ultimately served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Retail Brands. Businesses responsible for included: Healthy Choice, Banquet, Marie Callender's, Kid Cusine.

Nancy joined General Mills in Minneapolis in 1991 moving up the organization to Director of Marketing. Businesses responsible for included: Betty Crocker Frostings, the launch of Pop Secret Microwave Popcorn, Total, Wheaties, Good Medal Flour, Hamburger and Tuna Helper, New Products
