CurrentLCCVB office: Welcome, assist and orient regional, national and worldwide visitors, potential residents and businesses to La Crosse and area, the Great River Road and to Wisconsin. Greet current business clients. Answer questions in person, via phone and email to include the Driftless Area; stock information so that it is readily available; prepare mailings; serve as point of communication between LCCVB Team and guests; staff information table or assist with registrations for conventions and meetings off-site; assist with seasonal trolley; collect monies; many other duties as assigned in the Visitor Center or for the LCCVB Team. Wisconsin Welcome Center and Great River Landing: Welcome and provide regional, national or worldwide visitors entering Wisconsin with local or statewide information and travel directions for long or short stays in the State for leisure or business. Provide new or potential residents or business owners with information to assist in their transition and thereby encourage their interest. Record incoming information on deliveries and tally visitors; handle phone inquiries. Offer historical to current event information on the State and Area.Assisted with WIGCOT (Wisconsin Governor's Conference on Tourism) Convention, March 2015.Assisted at Travel Wisconsin Booth at the Wisconsin State Fair, August 2021, to represent our region thru Explore La Crosse.At all locations: I am very proud to welcome visitors to Wisconsin, the La Crosse Area and to our beautiful and worldly-unique Driftless area!
