CurrentHeading up Marketing for newly restructured Private Label Retail and Club Store channel. Responsible for channel specific financial results, customer pricing, customer/product profitability, label management with over 1,200 SKU’s, adherence to packaging requirements, sales contracts, contract management, forecasting, new product development and sales training. Accomplishments:• Identified $2.4 million of costing errors from incorrect oil valuations. Converted costing structure to correct for this error.• Created P&L’s for Retail channel by plant, package size, and Top 20 customers.• Development of new price strategies to recover for negative margin accounts.• Converted all accounts to new price structure.
