I work with Artemis Lifestyles, Inc. managing the Architectural Review/Featured Builder Program for Reunion Resorts. Oversee all residential construction from slab to CO. Track and invoice all construction violations and issue fines. Responsible for all ACB submittals. Review monthly aging report for delinquent royalty fees and follow up with builders. Meet with vendors to discuss program services such as landscape design, builder signs and site signs. Property tour twice a week for compliance.

I monitor all construction activity per the CCR for both Reunion Resorts and Bella Collina. I also managed the Featured Builder's Program for both communities.
