Buyer.Sourcer for Products - Develope/Implement/Manage Premium Incentive ProgramsProgram Responsibilities: Complete Administration and Execution of Programs. Administration Includes: Development, Implementation and Maintenance of all Programs. Interface with Sales Managers, Clients, It Web Developer and Graphic Designer, Award Customers, Suppliers and Accounting. Supervisor of Premium Program Customer Service Account Reps. Responsible for all Open Order/Open Receivables for programs administered as well as AR for Sales Managers as needed.Premium Buyer/Accounting Support: Accounting Department/Vendor Liaison for assistance with premium supplier accounts in all aspects. Assist Suppliers and Accounting with all AP as requested by either party. Source Incentive Name Brand Merchandise for InnerWorkings and Clients. Maintain Current Premium Vendor/Source Relations while developing New Supplier Relations and accounts. Negotiate with Premium Incentive Suppliers to develop and implement Certified Partnered Supplier Agreements for best pricing possible and vendor partner business relations. National Premium Sales Support Person (SME): Assist all InnerWorkings Sales Staff and Production Managers for Premium Product, Venues, Quotes and Special Projects upon request. Educate Stales Staff and PM's of new incentive name brand trends and products for their clients. Assist Sales staff with RFP’s and RFQ’s, including researching and preparing Market Sample Baskets, sourcing products and obtaining quotes. Participate in webinars, phone calls between InnerWorkings Sales Staff, Clients, Suppliers, Tech Departments and Accounting to provide procedural input/expertise in development of platforms, invoicing procedures to meet the Client’s needs. Provide expertise and assistance to Sales and PM’s for development towards requirements for Accounting and PM Customer Service.
