Client: Department of Health and Human Services (formerly Public Health Service) Rewrite and enhance the Public Health Service - Financial Management System (PHS-FMS), a Phoenix-compliant financial system utilized throughout the Department of Health and Human Services. .• Analysis, design of and programming of modifications and new development of accounting system. • Responsible for the analysis of modifications necessary to be completed for the batch reporting and on-line financial transaction programs.
