I have extensive experience in customer service training and support. I enjoy leading by example and teaching others by encouraging the develop of personal success and comprehension of a process. I believe it is important to recognize that while there may be many customers - I am the single point of contact during the customer experience and it is my goal to successfully promote the clients need. How can I make the positive difference in this clients experience? I have strong verbal communication skills as well as a passion for written communication. With an inquisitive mind, I thrive on learning new projects and ideas. I am self-motivated and work well independently while still encouraging team building. I pursue ideas outside the box and look for solutions that uniquely identify individual criteria. It's a positive direction to flex and embrace changes when a situation requires a redirect.These are convictions that I carry into my "every day" Integrity, tenacity and character are my compass.
