• Provide leadership and direction on all compliance related aspects associated with the development, implementation and expansion of new/existing products in order to ensure adherence with applicable AML laws and regulations. • Serve as the AML Compliance subject matter expert by providing substantial assistance to CPCE leadership on all topics impacting the development, implementation and ongoing controls of new and existing products. • Lead efforts related to the integration and enhancement of AML and risk management processes and controls for each stage of the product development process as well as ongoing product activities.
