I have extensive trial and arbitration experience throughout the United States, with particular emphasis on matters arising in the financial services industry. My experience includes prosecuting and defending complex securities fraud, antitrust and fraudulent conveyance cases; matters involving margin, liquidation and market manipulation issues; and customer complaints alleging churning, unauthorized trading or suitability claims. In the employment context, I have handled wrongful/retaliatory discharge claims, deferred and other compensation-related disputes, and injunction hearings in more than 30 states involving misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty and non-competition, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements.
