Responsible for professional development of Americas Consulting Program and Project Managers and delivering large complex client IT programs balancing contractual agreement and client expectations. • Responsible for Americas Consulting Program and Project Management Community of Excellence of ~35 resources, driving skilled project managers to deliver client engagements using common methodology to meet scope, schedule and financial expectations. • Represented program and project management best practices in developing solutions and IT proposals for clients, presenting at orals and crafting statements of work. • For a large food retail client, provided program management services to migrate two CA Broadcom software products to alternate solutions, impacting ~2000 servers, ~80,000 jobs and all mid-range environment applications. Managed governance and stakeholder communications as well as schedules, risks, issues, and financials across two projects with 30+ DXC staff working alongside client resources. Resulted in ~$4M program completing successfully one month ahead of schedule.

• For the administrator of a Canadian provincial public service pension plan, served as engagement lead for 2.5-year initiative providing program management services to transform and modernize the Member Retirement Portal service to Oracle’s WebCenter Portal Platform. Virtually managed DXC resources and vendor partners consisting of leads and their teams to provide user interface, design, application development and testing using agile methodology. Collaborated with client project manager to meet program objectives and expected business outcomes. • For a global transportation and logistics client, responsible for establishing and running the Program Management Office (PMO) to provide client leadership with enterprise-wide visibility into legacy mainframe application retirement efforts. Provided program oversight and facilitated governance for transformation to retire 160+ mainframe applications. Led PMO team of 5 to build, implement and manage standard program management processes including governance and executive dashboard reporting. At project-end 2.5 years later, 98 applications had been retired.

Responsible for delivering projects and setting up and managing Program Management Offices (PMOs) for clients. Key initiatives include: • For a global transportation and logistics client, provided program leadership for a 2.5-year agile application development project to maximize efficiency of Dock and Yard operations. The Transformation project resulted in the customer being placed 14th in InformationWeek Elite 100 for 2013 for business technology innovators. Solution was implemented on time and significantly reduced time and cost of dock operations. Served for first year of engagement as Business Lead to support client Product Owner and business analysts to define user stories and acceptance criteria, develop and maintain product roadmap, release plan, and product backlog. • For pharmaceutical distribution client, provided PMO leadership and consulting services to establish PMO and required management processes (change, risk and issues, schedule and scope) to support execution of Generics Technology Transformation roadmap. Facilitated governance processes to enable effective decision making for roadmap projects, project prioritization and project initiation. • For global media and entertainment client, participated in implementation and execution of PMO services to support multi-vendor roll-out of program to transform the guest experience.

• Participated in various client projects that included process development and implementation (including ITIL processes), defining and documenting business requirements, business case development, benchmarking of network services in data centers, application rationalization assessments, server consolidation, service desk implementations, IT outsourcing account startups, account closedowns, and end-user training.
