Collaborated with IT and end-users as well as system provider, and presented comprehensive documentation outlining the required system behavior, controls, reporting, accesses etc.• Lead the implementation of multiple digital products by creating a detailed execution plan, assigning roles and responsibilities, collecting and documenting requirements, coordinating with system developers, product testing, training and deployment.
