Every client is different. My goal is to provide the best technical support to each client with their specific needs in mind. I strive to resolve and answer client questions in minutes rather than hours or days. I want to "be present" for each client I assist. If I cannot answer their need directly, I have the resources to provide the right connections for them to have their needs met. Additionally, on the production side, I have stood in my clients' shoes and work with clients to provide technically sound solutions to complex, deadline-based issues.
