• Deliver ABA therapy/instruction to children who have an educational and/or a medical diagnosis of autism and related disorders that have developmental delays in cognitive, adaptive behaviour, self-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor, and communication development• Conduct group and individual staff trainings for newly hired staff members and experienced staff members requiring additional support using Hybridge Learning Group (HLG) training program curriculums (e.g., Accelerated training, Shadow training).• Complete therapist checklists• Conduct interviews for entry level behaviour therapists• Become familiar with and adhere to standard operating procedures for staff hiring and training• Assist in the development and updating of protocols and guidelines for conducting trainings and evaluations• Communicate with program Board Certified Behavior Analysts on strengths and weaknesses of all training programs• Become familiar with and adhere to HLG Policies and Procedures• Represent the company at events, meetings, and conferences• Ensure positive collaboration, flexible approach and active communication with staff and families; modelling and promoting the "culture" of the Company• Attend department and company meetings and provide support in employee relations• Perform office-related duties such as, answering and making phone calls, managing staff and client paperwork, etc.

• Provide 1:1 behaviourally based treatment to children diagnosed with autism and/or related developmental disabilities in-home and/or school/community settings based on individualized programming• Implement structured, individualized programs developed by supervisors to address challenging Behavior and support communication• Maintain accurate documentation and up-to-date data by writing daily notes using technological software (Catalyst).• Communicate effectively with all clients and staff• Work with Lead Therapists, Team Coordinators, and BCBAs on each client team to ensure treatment integrity and provide regular written and verbal updates on treatment progress• Participate in team meetings and training workshops

• Conduct individual therapy with implementation of Behavior modifications under the supervision of aBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with patients diagnosed with autism• Implement various schedules of reinforcement and differential reinforcement• Record behaviors including frequency, duration, intensity, and latency• Conduct Discrete Trial Therapy (DTT) every session with patients• Record maladaptive behaviors using an ABC Data Collection Protocol (Antecedent-Behavior-Consequence)• Implement interventions when maladaptive behaviors do occur
