• Participating dealers held on average 5% higher market share than non participating dealers. Improved closing rates from internet leads by 33%.
• Implemented a quality improvement process for the Master Dealer Program. This process included an annual review with participating dealers identifying new strategies for the program.
• J.D. Powers recognized the Master Dealer initiative as the number one program for its effectiveness in improving dealer service capabilities and ownership experiences.

• Selected by Senior Vice President of Manufacturing to restructure and redesign Sea Ray’s Customer Service function to meet world class standards. Responsible for customer service, dealer service, warranty, parts.
• Consolidated seven decentralized customer service centers into two product focused centralized customer service centers. This resulted in a reduction of 40 staff members saving the company $2.7M in overhead expenses.
• Implemented Sea Ray’s first online Customer Management System (CRMS) which resulted in reducing litigation by 30%.
• Reduced warranty and goodwill cost by $5M.
• Implemented a vendor and dealer quarterly improvement conference to foster the relationship between Sea Ray corporate, Sea Ray dealers and Sea Ray vendors.
• Improved dealer satisfaction by developing Sea Ray's first Electronic Parts Manuals, eliminating the necessity for paper copies of Parts Manuals being maintained at seven different plants

• Managed a production facility with $85M in sales and producing a profit of $26M. Produced on average over 1,900 boats a year comprised of eight different models. Responsible for over 550 hourly and 30 salary personnel.

• Managed the expansion and contraction of plant output and personnel. Production schedule and personnel varied as much as 40%.

• Hired Sea Ray’s first Industrial Engineer thus introducing Industrial Engineering to Sea Ray Boats. Resulting in integration of four new models simultaneously while other plants were able to only implement one model at.

• Managed four assembly lines and responsible for quality, safety, production and budget requirements. Responsible for all processes, equipment, employees, safety, and housekeeping of the area and meeting production.
• Supervised the scheduling and planning of 10 different boat models into four assembly lines which were comprised of 200 people.
• Directed supervisors with respect to production volume, cost, quality and meeting production schedules and delivery dates.
• Established labor hours and budget for new model integrations.
