I am a seasoned banking professional with in-depth credit analysis and credit risk management skills in C&I, CRE, and SBA lending. My focus has been on small business lending where I managed the small business lending process, underwriting, portfolio, and the credit team. I also partner with attorneys, appraisers, and environmental firms to facilitate small business and commercial loans. I am the resident expert for all Small Business and SBA lending questions. One of the biggest projects that I spearheaded was the SBA PPP program – both origination and forgiveness, which allowed over 2,000 local small businesses obtain funds to carry them through the pandemic. My greatest strengths are my analytical skills, small business lending management, thorough knowledge of C&I, CRE and SBA lending parameters, credit risk management, compliance, and portfolio management.
