Led delivery of the human resources aspects of GSK’s complex three-part transaction with Novartis, in which GSK acquired Novartis’ Vaccines business, Novartis acquired GSK’s Oncology business, and both companies contributed their Consumer Healthcare businesses to a joint venture. The $25 billion transaction involving simultaneous movement of more than 25,000 employees in 110 countries.

When SmithKline Beecham merged with GlaxoWellcome in 2000, she worked with the new CEO and executive team on establishing strategically-aligned values and leadership expectations for the new company, and led the global HR integration team.
