With an extremly strong tenure and successful career in the healthcare industry, I am very aware of difficult medical circumstances where patients suffer from chronic or episodic conditions. One of my favorite parts of the job is introducing new treatments that can change the quality of life. This can be a tremendous challenge in a highly competitive environment that includes many barriers. My ability to build strong, long term relationships with the physicians and staff has allowed me to overcome many of these challenges.Achieving the status of top performer for 10+ years is something I am very proud of. As a resourceful and extremely dedicated professional, I have been through extensive training in seminars, on the job, and even observing physicians in the operating room. Over the years I have learned that deep product knowledge is crucial for educating physicians and helping them understand the benefits of specific medications that impact the quality of patient care. Because of this, I have been able to turnaround and expand territories. I have also been invited to present on creative selling strategies at several company meetings.The key to my success as a revenue leader in competitive environments is attributed to an extremely strong commitment to my providers and staff at all levels. These realtionships are built on trust that have been established over a sustained period of time.
