Born and raised in Memphis,TN during a time where women were encouraged to take courses in home economics or office work. These areas were not appealing in growth opportunities or money. She continued looking for an occupation where she could make a living suitable to raise her daughter. Entering the male dominated world of sales, Nancy first started selling for a major medical supply company,travelled 4 major cities & was recruited by a fortune 500 company in Los Angeles. She exceeded goals and won many awards,purchased a computer school in Las Vegas.“A small business owner doesn’t have the luxury of making mistakes. Every decision to expand has to be carefully considered and implemented.” She sold the school after 10 years & became passionate about job developing and job coaching for people with disabilities, specializing in the vision impaired and blind.
