Directly responsible for the management of 30 State Parks,from Priest Lake in Northern Idaho near the Canadian border to Bear lake touching the Utah Border. Responsible for $34,000,000 budget, 149 full time and 250 employees. Also responsible for registration and programs of 300,000 boats, snowmobiles and off road vehicles for the State of Idaho. Successfully presented and carried the $10.00 Parks Passport through the Idaho State Legislature.Rebuilt a lost general fund budget to a solid sustainable budget supporting Idaho's State Parks.

Chief Administrator/Mayor for the City of Eagle 2002-2008, Planning and Zoning and City Council 1995-2002. Successfully helped build a small city of 2000 to a thriving community of 21,000.Involved in determining the structure,and design and comprehensive plan of a rapid growing city.The City of Eagle has become on of the most desirable cities in Idaho to live work and play.
