Current• Creation and administration of customers on software • Contract processing and administration within the ERP • Opening and management of customer access through the administration tool • Invoicing and issuance of customer credit notes • Respond to financial and contractual requests • Review of sales contracts, and identification of administrative and financial clauses • Collaboration and intermediary with teams line in English internationally (Sales, Legal, Accounting, Support, etc) • Processing of quantitative and/or qualitative data (databases, statistics, etc.) • Draft amendments, letters or specific conditions in DealHub to add to Sales contracts • Monitoring, analysis, and document management: managing the filing and archiving process
