Serves as TVA’s local representative responsible to ensure Local Power Companies’ (LPCs) expectations are met. Represents the LPC to TVA’s executive management to ensure the LPCs are supplied a continuous supply and defined quality of electric power through infrastructures that are adequately designed to meet their loads and that electric power is metered and billed accurately and timely. Coordinate programs supporting the pricing, delivery and efficient consumption of electricity to ensure they are managed and administered effectively. Manages TVA products, programs and services to ensure they are defined and administered through contracts. Custom fits TVA products and services with individual LPCs through negotiated decisions. Serves as TVA’s local representative to the LPCs accounting for 90% of TVA’s revenue and manages products and services with the LPC management and with the LPCs’ residential, commercial and industrial customers. Communicates and negotiates with LPC management of Municipals, Cooperatives and Power Authorities. Partners with the LPCs in promoting and delivering public power to the many cities and communities within the Tennessee Valley ensuring that residential, commercial and industrial customers’ needs are met and that all are served timely, equally and fairly. Communicates and promotes TVA’s message to multiple external communities, public and private associations, as well as to the public affected by TVA’s public power mission.

Manages a staff of customer service professionals and engineers that represent the customers to internal TVA business units, provides contractual and technical services to customers to ensure reliable electric service and accurate billing and ensure TVA programs are delivered in an efficient and effective manner. Serves as TVA’s advocate to the LPCs, accounting for 90% of TVA’s revenue, and to the LPC commercial and industrial customers. Communicates and negotiates with LPCs’ executive management and governing bodies overseeing the operations of Municipals, Cooperatives and Power Authorities. Partners with LPCs in promoting and delivering public power to the many cities and communities within the Tennessee Valley ensuring that residential, commercial and industrial customers’ needs are met and that all are served timely, equally and fairly.
