-Sales & Operations Plan (S&Op): Consolidate Regional S&Op drafts; Check consistency of demand to allocate to each supply source, balance demand & capacity issues between regions; Validate long term Supply Plan.-Inventories: Define BU Inventory policy with BU management; Ensure that S&Op is coherent with the BU Inventory Policy; Follow “across regions” business to consume excess inventories or avoid shortages.-Business Unit Industrial Policy: Product Localization, Manage products list of each Location, propose Product manufacturing transfer to PL.; Collect and maintain Factories & Logistic data used by GFIM process, Factories capacities, manufacturing costs, manufacturing lead times, procurement lead times, freight costs.-Business process improvement: GFIM business process improvement and reengineering to meet organization and business needs.

-Ability to document As-Is and To-Be processes-Ability to design and model business processes by elaborating document requirements plan, high/detail level requirements, traceability matrix and testing scorecards. -Effectively manage stakeholders by proactively communicating milestones, project status and impacts to business processes, etc. -Effectively utilize Quality tools (structured problem solving, FMEA, etc)-Contribute to conceptual design and functional specification, influencing solid business solution.-Provide test plan/test cases/scenarios and build test scripts and participate in testing evaluation of the solution (functional, consolidated, user acceptance). -Partnering with business team to develop training plan, training collateral, taking all needed steps to ensure a proper understanding and documentation (desktop procedures) are available to train operational end user of the capability delivered.-Ability to manage meetings, assign tasks and ARs, and follows up holding owners responsible.-Support new product or new site start up by identified the current Supply Chain’s capability gap , developing and implementing solution to close the gap

-Own overall A/T (Assembly/Test) supply chain of a product family including materials and capacity. Manage VF Die supply/split and simplify VF Die routing process. -Coordinate A/T schedule aligned with Build Plan (BP) and Weekly Net Change (WNC) direction. Oversee WIP inventory in VF and inventory depletion plan. Drive on-time BP/WNC responses in factories and ensure system synchronicity after each cycle. -Lead VF recovery activity, maximizing existing supply resources to fully support delivery. -Work on continuous process improvement and be responsible for VF proliferation. -Be Planning’s key contact with VF Product Management Team (PMT). -Coach Supply Chain Management Analyst (SMAs) on product health, market trend and consequent impact to supply chain.

-Own and manage assembly / test WIP, inventory and product parameters. -Communicate with upstream factories and materials organizations to determine if material (piece parts and die) is available for manufacturing. -Communicate (to manufacturing) weekly requirements based on capacity feasible schedules. -Work directly with manufacturing, integration, engineering and divisions on product commitments, excursion management and new product introductions. -Participates in cross-functional teams involving various process improvement activities with critical skills include excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).-Possess good analytical skills, high tolerance of ambiguity and ability to properly prioritize tasks/workload.

-Marketing Efforts and information gathering. Established the competitor information system, specially gained 4 competitors’ sales presentation.-Be responsible for support activities to MD to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office and performing secretarial work effectively.-Involved in promotion Project: Sales Presentation, Brochure Compiling, Customer Gifts, etc. and successfully organized the BAX China Customers Appreciation Night.

-In charge of administration, statistic and accounting.-Be involved in drafting the blueprint of subsidiaries.
