I supported Service Operations by developing, implementing, and evaluating online and classroom training curriculum for both newly hired and experienced employees. This contributes to Vestas’ internal knowledge base by ensuring content is easy to locate, accurate, and that training objectives support organizational goals. One of the most rewarding aspects of this position is building rapport with Managers and professionals at the Portland Headquarters and in the field to assess training needs. This gives me an opportunity to continue to learn about this progressive industry as products and processes change and new technologies become available. In addition, I proactively monitor our LMS to ensure colleagues are completing required training and that our implementation strategy is working in harmony with classroom training and on the job experiences.
