Make and sell handmade infant/girls headbands and hair accessories. Responsibilities include marketing, ordering supplies, design, assembling, shipping, various desk work.

*Perform various property management responsibilities which includes, but is not limited to; collecting and recording of incoming rent payments, creation of property files, collection and reporting of tenant complaints and the distribution of Home Owners Association notices, violations and other required notices. *Assist the Real Estate Broker & agents during the sales process by providing clerical support, running credit backgrounds and corresponding directly with perspective clients. *Utilize Accounts Payable/Receivable record keeping software to create expense reports, monthly rental income statements and other requested accounting information. *Maintain various office responsibilities to establish an efficient work environment for the Real Estate Broker & agents.

*Guided home buyers and sellers through the process of selling and purchasing of properties by generating lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources, coordinating appointments to show homes to prospective buyers, presenting purchase offers to sellers, negotiation of purchase and sale prices and assisting with the closing of the transactions.*Established positive flow of communication with other agents, buyers and sellers, mortgage officers, title personnel, appraisers, and inspectors involved in the home buying and selling process.*Promoted sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.

*Supervise the development of vacant land, residential & commercial projects which includes, but is not limited to; researching available properties to determine feasibility of potential projects, identification of key utility companies and subcontractors, confirm availability of project materials, evaluation and assembly of incoming bids/proposals, ensure completion of supervised projects within designated time frames and coordination of key individuals to discuss project status.*Create subcontractor files to ensure that applicable insurance policies are maintained*Prepare expense reporting, contracts, pre-lien/lien notices, accounts payable/receivable record keeping and various other documents and spreadsheets.*Assist the owner with employee relations by maintaining employee files, timely and accurate payment of weekly payroll and roll out of workplace initiatives.*Perform various office responsibilities to establish an efficient work environment.
