At Monitor Group I started in Cambridge MA, went to NYC and back to Boston. In Cambridge, I learned the art of teamwork and collaboration. In 1994 I went to NYC, I was the Design Manager/Supervisor for several years where I lead by example, provided coaching and mentored internal customer service training with my staff. In 2006, I became the solo NY designer. I was often called and relied upon for highly confidential projects. I continued to create client presentations and collateral for on-going clients, proposals, marketing and recruiting requests. This sometimes included reading material for content and developing slides for consultant/client review. This was a great opportunity and spearheaded their thought process adding to their successful delivery of their client vision. I became the NY corporate trainer for MSO Powerpoint, Word and Thinkcell. I transferred back to Boston where I continued to provide exceptional service to our clients. The bonds I have created with my NY/Boston colleagues and outside clients has carried over to lasting network relationships and cherished alumni friendships. As a client-facing customer service representative, I managed and tracked all facets of the printing process with several clients while maintaining tight deadlines.
