NESTLE Products is looking to add a Director of Marketing to its team in Sterling, VA. The Director of Marketing manages the development, planning, execution, measurement, and analysis of integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that drive demand and leads to ultimately increase sales from existing and new customers. Responsible for integrating and measuring inbound and outbound lead generation and customer marketing programs. The primary focus of this role is to measurably grow sales pipeline using the complete marketing mix. The Director of Marketing will play an instrumental role in ensuring that all marketing strategies, programs and campaigns are executed with maximum efficiency and effectiveness by utilizing best-of-breed infrastructure, processes and measurement systems. This position includes marketing-related reporting and analytics; process building/refinement; planning and budgeting (in conjunction with company leadership); marketing technology design, implementation, governance and roadmap development; and data management. The function is responsible for analyzing and developing metrics to increase efficiencies, standardize marketing plans, enhance the execution of marketing campaigns and increase the chances of higher revenue returns for sales. This individual will be tasked with creating and implementing a best-in-class marketing operations for measurement, specifically when focused on the ability to prove the value of marketing program spend in terms of its impact on the business. The successful candidate will have strong creative skills, demonstrated program management capabilities, and be rigorous in measurement of programs. While this role is executional in nature, it is also expected to bring value to each project and influence the marketing activity under their control and take full responsibility for completion of agreed upon tasks and projects.
