I had the pleasure of creating & leading a passionate group of service professionals who provide excellent wrap around services for the survivors at Mosaic House. I was responsible for creating the safe, warm & welcoming environment while being Trauma Informed. I managed the day to day operations, client services, administration, all while maintaining a successful retention rate for the DV / HT shelter program for 5+ years. While I was in leadership at Mosaic House the shelter was the recipient for the Crystal Charity Ball that provided a licensed childcare facility at the shelter.
