Career highlights include:•Built a compliance function from ground-up shifting culture from a "do it and address problems later" stance to proactive awareness and action while working with regulators to resolve significant non-compliance issues. •Appointed by Insurance Commissioner as a Board of Directors Member and Finance Committee Chair for the Georgia Insurer Insolvency Pool.•Played a major strategic and/or tactical role in at least 10 multi-year company mergers, 3 extensive business divestitures, and 30+ in-house product launches and integrations with end-to-end involvement.•Established new departments on 4 separate occasions, partnered on the creation of a global organization’s first chief data officer role, and often assumed temporary leadership of disparate teams in need of direction. •Named the first in-house information privacy officer for a 3,000-employee organization and drove related corporate culture shift.•Established PMO emphasizing transparency across scope, budget, and delivery pillars.•Supported and advocated for individuals with varying backgrounds and abilities through development of a cross-cultural mentoring program for India-based female colleagues, personally mentoring a number of individuals.
