Kane County Circuit Clerk Courts OfficeInformation SpecialistInstrumental in converting the Kane County Circuit Court, which is run on an AS/400 Jano system, to a recently purchased Tyler Odyssey Court System. This included converting over 100 Crystal Reports over to the Tyler Reporting System or developing new SSRS reports and files.Succeeded in the creation and implemented a SharePoint Intranet site for the County employees that streamlined forms management and increased efficiencies by having the employees go to one area for form input and printing. All forms were converted to online Adobe PDF entry from word documents. This made the forms consistent and the data entry process more efficient. District CUSD 304 Informations System Professional Level 2Designed and created a SharePoint IT Help Desk to track all the issues in the building.Created and maintain the Technology SharePoint Site. Fielded networking, desktop and classroom support, which includes teachers, students, and administration. My biggest accomplishment was when I orchestrated the move to a newly built school. This included setting up classroom projectors, smartboards, AV equipment and all PC and Laptops. I also successfully entered all of the new equipment into the inventory system and trained the users on how to use the new equipment and software.Addressed meeting needs for the building administration. Added and updated software on new and existing computers, using imaging software.Created and instructed Microsoft Office classes to the district staff.
