Report directly to COO. Coordinate annual budget and capital activities per the agree-upon plan. Work with COO regarding new lessee and other on-going concerns/issues/projects. Hands-on responsibility for walking and inspecting the property, working directly with lessees regarding facilities and satisfaction, budget/schedule/inspect/approve employee and contractor work, respond to site emergencies or other unexpected occurrences outside annual plan/budget.
