♣ Manage a yoga therapy business including marketing, consulting, scheduling, teaching, creating confidential client files, maintaining the website and managing all financial aspects of the business.♣ Develop customized treatment plans based on the patient's medical diagnosis, an initial physical assessment, and a breathing assessment. ♣ Teach individualized mindfulness and yoga therapy practices, including movement, breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques.♣ Support and encourage clients to become confident in their practice of yoga and mindfulness so that they can independently continue to practice on their own once guided therapy sessions have been completed.♣ Created an online course entitled “How to Manage Anxiety Using Yoga Breathing Practices”.♣ Teach a recurring 8 Week Course entitled "Yoga Therapy for the Mind". Offer private yoga therapy as requested.♣ Member of a research team studying yoga therapy for cancer patients experiencing anxiety and depression.♣ Conduct targeted lectures that highlight the health benefits of yoga as they relate to cancer recovery.
