Graphic design faculty with experience in teaching graphic design and illustration as well as industry experience in teaming, recruiting, and training. I work with and teach contemporary graphic design software in drawing and illustration, photo manipulation and page layout. Emphasis is placed on the process of design, working with the elements and principles of design and the importance of effectively communicating clients' messages.Believing one department does not successfully operate in isolation, I actively work to build alliances and working partnerships with other academic departments, businesses and educational institutions.Specialties: Graphic design for print media, illustration in pastels and watercolors, computer design and illustration in Adobe CC, teaching experience in graphic design and illustration coursework at college level.
