This was a very interesting position. I especially enjoyed working with and helping young high school students select a career path best suited to their needs. Whether is was in electronics, accounting, the medical field to name a few of their career paths. It was fullfilling knowing that I was helpful to those in re-hab or just starting out in the work force, establish a good future for themselves in order to receive a good position and salary.

Managed a large Apartment Building owned by the Housing and Urban Development in San Jose, CA This complex housed senior citizens with a fixed and low income. It was subsidized by HUD and the accounting, maintenance, servailance and activities were constantly monitored. The proceedures were strict and regulated so the operation ran in percise percision. There were fun time planned for the seniors for once a month birthday parties and social and exercise activities.
