As the seasonal runner I would pick up and deliver tax and audit documents to and from clients and accountants. I would also fill in for the receptionist. I scanned documents to the network. Delivered the mail. I would also do miscellaneous jobs around the office that needed to be done such as update spread sheets, clean out files, reorganize the copy/ supply room.

Saipan

Worked as a Clubmate in the Sports Entertainment and Activities department at PIC Saipan. As a clubmate we worked in the water park assisting guests. Some of the main duties were to lifeguard either at one of the 4 pools or at the beach front. We taught lessons in tennis, windsurfing, archery, climbing wall, water aerobics and snorkeling. We organized activities throughout the day for guest to participate in. The activities ranged from ping pong tournament to relay races to limbo. We also put on nightly shows for the guest. The shows were either pool games such as water basketball or water polo, casino night, carnival night, or a variety of dance shows. I also had the special opportunity to teach a sharing seeds class. It was a class offered by the resort to guests ages 6-12 to learn English.

Boise, Idaho Area

My second year working at playcamp I was a camp co supervisor. As the supervisor I was over 4 staff and 30 campers. As the supervisor I closed the camp, I made sure all the campers were picked up on time. I would lock up the supply shed and make sure everything was clean and put away. The camp was located at a city park so it was important to put our supplies away and lock everything up. I would hold weekly planning meetings with the staff to plan our next weeks events. After the meeting I would write up a newsletter for parents to take home .The newsletter would inform them of the upcoming events and items they needed to bring. I would also schedule our weekly field trips and swimming days. For our field trips and swimming days I would collect the money.

Boise, Idaho Area

As a playcamp counselor I would help run the camp. I would assist during games and help supervise during swimming trips. I would have to plan and teach large group games and different activities such as science projects, arts and crafts, reading and quiet time, dance and drama.
