Help in running the day-to-day operations of the in-patient pharmacy along with planning, training and education of current projects - which includes: bringing the IV room and staff up to <797> compliance; and setting up comprehensive Hazardous Waste Management program for the pharmacy and hospital.

I managed the daily operations of the pharmacy including technical and pharmacist staff, scheduling, training of new staff, customer service and oversight of special projects. I used my management and communication skills to help with the merger of two other companies into the Pharmerica Corporation while delivering quality product to our many skilled nursing facilities.
