• Responsible for the preparation of SEC quarterly and annual company filings, 10-K, 11-K and 10-Q’s. Preparation of these financial statements includes managing several departments to ensure appropriate and timely information is obtained to properly disclose all information in accordance with GAAP and the SEC. • Responsible for the preparation of all exhibits in quarterly press release. • Responsible for the preparation of several quarterly reconciliations, such as, basic and diluted shares outstanding, stockholders’ equity, EPS calculations, cash flows and quarterly balance sheet analysis.• Developed forecasted diluted share model and monitor on a quarterly basis. • Responsible for researching new accounting guidance pronouncements issued and other guidance applicable to changes in company process.
