This allows the CIO to make more effective use of his time. Act as a liaison between the CIO, his peers on the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), his direct reports, and both internal and outside customers, vendors, and external Senior Executives. Oversee diverse and complex tasks/projects with confidentiality, discretion, accuracy, and speed. Responsible for creating agendas, taking Minutes and Action Items, updating Action Items Logs, for the IT Strategic Meetings, IT Operational Meetings, and all biweekly IT Senior Management Team meetings (SMT).  Work closely with the HR department and assist with special projects such as the gathering and analysis of the IT Department Staff’s Development Plan (300+ individuals). Serve as the central point of contact on special projects, gather and manage information, and ensure that projects and programs run as seamlessly as possible.  Represent the CIO on various task forces and committees.
