Human Resources (Business Services) Manager
Support the organization in strategic human resource functions through programs, communications, and initiatives that create and maintain an engaged culture.Determine and create employee development programs and processes that support an excellence-driven team of hospitality professionals. Driving and developing the talent acquisition process, on-boarding program, training, recognition, performance management, employee brand, and communication creates an engaged culture resulting in an award winning, successful operation. Simultaneously supporting Convention Center leadership in continuous development as well as administrative areas such as procurement, record retention, and cost saving analysis.Responsible for the general administration, management, coordination and supervision of the day-to-day activities for the Business Services Department including workforce planning, hiring, performance management, development and training, recruitment and retention, internal communication, contracting services, and coordination and implementation of department-wide policies.
