- Review, submit, and manage the grant proposal application, award and reportingprocess including but not limited to, organizations and private foundations. Thisincludes assuring Corps Officers, Program Directors.
- Serve as project coordinator for post-award reporting requirements, ensure contractreporting for all grants in partnership with Corps Officers, Development, Finance andProgram staff.
- Prepare and update government funding pipelines for Salvation Army HIPACprograms by researching RFPs and NOFAs, application submittal requirements andawards by amount, date, and purpose.
- Review all grants to ensure accuracy, spend down and completion with all requiredexhibits.
- Communicate with Director of Development, Program Directors, Corps Officers,grantors and sites regarding program changes, financial matters, budgetmodifications, addendums, extensions, non-compliance, and renewals.
- Attend webinars, collaboration meetings, and trainings related to contractual subjectmatter
