• Independently reviewed and approved grant recipient’s requests for disbursement offunds, verifying contract deliverables were met as intended. Recommended reductions inpayment and rescindment of funds for.
• Conducted over 35 programmatic monitoring audits with grant recipients, reviewing clienteligibility, record keeping, insurance, and financial documentation, including sampling ofcase files.
• Prepared monitoring follow-up reports and communicated corrective action requirementsfor underperforming grant recipients.
• Maintained appropriate records and documentation in accordance with federal, state, andlocal regulations.
