I joined the Student Success Center as an Associate Director in June 2019. Presently, as the Senior Associate Director, I serve as the Student Success advocate for first and second year students. This position is a cornerstone of the Student Success Center and is designed to offer students and families a singular and personalized point of contact when they face potential barriers to their academic success. Moreover, I assist the office’s rapid response program which utilizes data analytics to proactively assist Miami students at critical times. Since the summer of 2023, I oversee Miami Cares, a service that provides resources to students facing financial challenges or an emergency situation. Previously, I worked as the Director of Academic Support for Miami University's wonderful student athletes in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Love&Honor
