I have been working in this role for eight months, and I have developed my skills in accounting software, data analysis, and communication. I have gained valuable experience in customer relationship management (CRM), sales techniques, and language skills, as I speak English, Swahili, and French fluently. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Mount Kenya University, where I am learning about programming, web development, and network security.
