Manage Diecutting projects from beginning to end along with all finish processes required to complete projects. Collect statics from jobs in progress on production floor, update scheduling board and conduct production meeting twice a day and more as required. Complete and maintain shipping schedule and coordinate instructions and regular and special shipping specifications. Calculate usage and die requirements for Foil jobs & Deboss & Emboss jobs. Order foil and dies as needed for jobs in progress. Make sure jobs flow through shop smooth, Accurate, on time and of high quality.

Assistant Production Manager. Manage projects, complete work instructions, schedule jobs and people to complete these jobs. Receive and complete Estimating requests. Meet with clients to plan and develop projects for the Bindery Processes.
