Get everything approved for production; CMT and delivery date negotiation with sub-contractors ; check the shipping bill with sub-contractors and follow the CMT payment; Negotiate the prices with supplier ensure the best price in place; cost sheet checking and T&A preparation; delivery date negotiation with clients;  Production management( Tech pack translation, get all the style information confirmed with client, production tech pack making and order placed); raw material collect ( BOM) ready for purchase; lab dip checking; first lot yarn approval; Solve production and quality issues to ensure quality meets requirement and delivery on-time; handle clients penalty issue with sub-contractors; Arrange bulk test; care label order (temporarily do this); sub-contractor visit to check sample and production status; be present with client for sub-contractors’ visit. Part of the core team sent to London yearly for price negotiations and fitting sessions; involved in price negotiation with client; Show less
