Welwyn and Hatfield Foyer provides supported housing for 50 young people. I manage a team of supported housing officers and facilities team. As a team we provide opportunities for young people to identify their personal skills and talents, access meaningful training and employment.

I developed and facilitated life skill training sessions including money management, understanding mental health, building positive relationships, tenancy management, healthy eating and access to education and training. I also provided one to one coaching for young people supporting them to reach their personal goals.
